Each of the 1 on 1 coaching sessions that we deliver addresses your life or company situation. It will take about 2 full days depending on your personal speed and comprehension of the data. They are done to the point where you gain certainty that you can apply them to rectify any unwanted conditions.

EC 1) This Coaching deals with your stability. If you suffer mood swings - even if you don`t show it - or you suddenly start making mistakes or the company is failing or losing money, there is always a root cause. With this coaching you`ll learn what to look for, get help to find it and sort it out.

Organisational structure

A good organisation consists of various team members, all performing very well-defined functions. Each team member should produce a definite product. These are all aligned in a specific order so as to achieve the company’s overall final product.
